RB Venture Capital (RBVC) is a venture capital syndication and “hands on” venture advisory company focused on emerging growth businesses. We look for companies across various sectors that have the ability to grow exponentially within a 3 year time horizon. Public or private financing will be directed to companies that meet strict criteria. As such, companies must demonstrate a viable business plan with distinct competitive advantages, sound management, good incentives, and financial resources.

Once such a candidate is identified and an investment is made, RBVC will engage in an advisory role. Our advisory services include mergers and acquisitions, business development, strategic alliances, capital raising, interim leadership, and media relations. Our goal is to help each company reach their milestones faster and more effectively than originally expected.
